When referral for surgery or physical rehabilitation is elected, it is preferred that the referring veterinarian contacts one of the surgeons or the rehabilitationist beforehand to make arrangements for referral of the patient.

Referral forms (with accurate driving directions) are provided to facilitate communication and proper contact of the referring veterinarian and client with our hospital.
