Adjusted Hours Announcement
To our valued clients and referring community:
We recognize that this has been a difficult time for our community and our thoughts are with those who have been directly impacted by COVID-19. Like many businesses, we have had to make some adjustments. Due to reduced staffing, we will be changing our hours of operation. We believe this will allow us to maintain our consistent, high level of client service with a smaller professional team.
Beginning July 1, we will be fully staffed 24 hours Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday & Sunday. The operating hours for our surgical service (MASH) will continue to be Monday-Friday 8am until 6pm. The operating hours for our after-hours emergency service (APVES) will be Monday-Friday 6pm until 8am. Saturday mornings will be reserved for discharging of our hospitalized surgical and emergency patients. On Saturdays and Sundays, we will be referring all clients to these trusted partners:
- Dogs and Cats Veterinary Referral and Emergency Hospital (DCVR) www.dcvetreferral.com
- Anne Arundel Veterinary Emergency Clinic (AAVEC) www.aavec.com
Our top priority remains the health and safety of our clients and the best care possible for your beloved pets. We will continue to employ these safety measures to comply with the CDC and state and local officials regarding COVID-19.
