Please note that we are unable to and will not provide medical diagnoses or advice over the phone or via e-mail. In the event of an emergency bringing your pet to the hospital to have him/her examined and evaluated directly by the doctor on duty would not only provide us the most information to more accurately advise you and to treat your pet accordingly, but it would also give you the peace of mind of knowing that your pet’s health is well looked after.
